Refund policy

For health and safety reasons involving peptides we do not accept returns or refunds on products sold. Once an order has been placed it is final.
We will, however, replace any product if it does not meet at least 98% Purity, please email info@InnovativePeptides.com for assistance. Please contact us with any questions or concerns and we will assist you as efficiently as possible.
Refunds will not be issued for purity unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either underweight or the purity is under 98%.
